Edward Seymour (JayR)

Edward Seymour, also known as JayR Seymour, has over 25 years of work experience. Edward (JayR) began their career at MetLife in 1994 as a Senior Claims Adjuster and later became a Claims Supervisor, overseeing a unit of Casualty Adjusters. In this role, they conducted daily file reviews, provided training and direction to adjusters, and reported on production numbers and adjusters' performance. Seymour then transitioned to a Business Procedures Consultant role at MetLife, where they discussed, analyzed, and documented business requirements, translated them into functional documents, conducted testing, and coordinated training sessions.

Edward (JayR) is also involved in a major implementation project using a SAFe Agile approach and serves as a resource onboarding point of contact. Additionally, they simultaneously held the role of On-Site Delivery Manager from June 2017 to July 2018, acting as a liaison between clients and the base QA team and assisting the EIS Delivery Executive as needed.
