Germans Kuzmins is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development, particularly in Java and Kotlin. Currently serving as the Lead Java Developer at EIS Ltd since October 2021, Germans is responsible for the development and integration of the V20 insurance platform while mentoring a team of developers. Previously, Germans held positions as a Senior Kotlin Engineer at Lokalise, where the creation of the i18n Ally IntelliJ plugin was a key project, and as a Senior Java Developer at C.T.Co, focusing on an insurance solution for a major client.
