Laura Žiliene

Laura Žiliene has held various roles in their work experience. Laura started their career in 2006 as a Retail Store Manager at Seppälä, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Swedbank Latvija and held multiple roles, including Junior Recruitment Specialist, HR Consultant/Recruitment Specialist/IT Recruitment Specialist, and Career Coach. Their tenure at Swedbank Latvija lasted until 2022. In 2022, they joined EIS Ltd, where they currently hold the position of Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner EMEA/HR Project Manager.

Laura Žiliene has a diverse education history. In 2006 to 2010, they attended Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University), where they pursued a Professional Bachelor of translation degree in the field of Construction with a focus on technical translation. From 2013 to 2016, Laura pursued a Master's degree in HR management at RISEBA University, specializing in HR management. In 2021, Laura attended Accenture & Riga TechGirls for the Laura Goes Tech program, where they focused on Java programming language. Additionally, in the same year, they also pursued studies in web programming languages such as PHP, Javascript, Python, HTML, and CSS at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University).
