Lidiya Lukashova

Lidiya Lukashova has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lidiya is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at EIS Group Ltd since November 2019. In addition, they have been a Supervisory Board Member at Green Elephant Fund since July 2019.

Before their current roles, Lidiya was self-employed as an Independent Consultant from July 2013 to November 2019. During this time, they worked on various projects as a consultant.

Lidiya also has experience in entrepreneurship. Lidiya co-founded the brand "Ravlik TM" (also known as "Snail") in 2015, where they oversaw marketing, branding, and distribution. Lidiya later worked as a Deputy Chief Accountant at INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIES LLC, where they managed all accounting activities. Prior to that, they worked as a Systems Engineer at MINING AUTOMATION PLC.

Lidiya Lukashova pursued their education in a chronological order as follows:

From 2001 to 2006, Lidiya attended Donetsk National Technical University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Automation.

Following that, from 2002 to 2006, they continued their education at the same university and completed another Master of Science degree, this time in Banking, Corporate and Finance.

Later, from 2020 to 2022, Lidiya enrolled at the University of San Francisco and pursued a Master of Science degree in Organization Development.

In terms of additional certifications, Lidiya obtained a certification in Design Thinking Consulting from the Malloy Group in May 2022. In addition, they became a member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in June 2016. Furthermore, although specific details regarding their certification as a Certified Auditor of Banks are not available, it can be noted that they acquired this qualification from the Audit House of Ukraine at an undisclosed time.
