Maria Gontareva

Maria Gontareva has extensive work experience as a Business Analyst. Maria started their career in 2006 as a Leading Economist in Financial Companies, where they performed economic analysis, drafted leasing contracts, and conducted negotiations. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of a Business Analyst/Product Owner at HTP Educational Center, where they maintained the product backlog and conducted release and sprint planning. Maria then worked as a System Analyst at Admiral Markets Group, where they managed the full requirements lifecycle and collaborated with business owners and development teams. Maria later joined Oxagile as a Business Analyst, working with a multi-module system and utilizing the RUP methodology. At Stormnet Technologies, Maria served as a Business Analyst Trainer, delivering lectures and providing practical training. Their most recent position was at ISsoft, where they built business analyst processes and managed client communication. Throughout their career, Maria has been involved in requirements elicitation, analysis, decomposition, and documentation preparation.

Maria Gontareva attended the IT Academy in 2013, where they pursued studies in Business Analysis in IT. Additionally, they obtained a degree in the Economic department from Shirokov's Institute of Contemporary Knowledge, with a specific focus on World's economics and world's economic relations.
