Nonna Kishko

Nonna Kishko has a comprehensive work experience in the field of business analysis and product management. Nonna started their career in 2012 as a Technical Support Specialist/System Analyst at ScienceSoft. As part of their role, they provided support and resolved issues with payment card software installed at banks, while also consulting customers and collecting their requirements.

In 2013, Nonna transitioned to the role of a Coach/Trainer, where they organized and conducted trainings and certifications for customers. Nonna was responsible for preparing training materials and practical tasks for participants.

Moving forward, Nonna joined ScienceSoft as a Business Analyst in 2016. Nonna'sresponsibilities included identifying and defining business needs, analyzing requirements, and preparing final documents for clients. Nonna also handled Change Requests and coordinated solutions with internal and external stakeholders.

Nonna then worked at SolbegSoft (Tieto Latvia) in 2017 as a Business Analyst. In this position, they focused on identifying business needs, analyzing requirements, and preparing relevant documents for clients. Nonna also demonstrated strong knowledge of payment cards processing.

In 2018, Nonna joined EIS Group Ltd as a Senior Business Analyst. Nonna was responsible for defining business requirements and describing new features for product development. Nonna also handled integration projects between sub-systems and was involved in creating and documenting REST services.

In 2020, Nonna transitioned to the role of Associate Product Manager at EIS Group Ltd. Nonna'smain responsibilities included product backlog planning, sprint backlog planning, and preparing sprint reviews and demos.

Throughout their career, Nonna has showcased strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to understand and fulfill clients' needs.

Nonna Kishko attended Belarusian State University from 2003 to 2008, where they studied in the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics with a focus on Nonlinear Analysis and Analytical Economics. During this time, they also attended Minsk State Linguistic University from 2007 to 2008 to study English for professionals.

Years later, in 2018, Nonna returned to Belarusian State University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Nonna has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they earned the "Oracle Database 12c Certified Implementation Specialist" certification from Oracle. In the same year, they also obtained the certification for "Business Analysis in Software Development Projects (Professional level)" from Belhard (QAI GLOBAL INSTITUTE). Nonna further obtained the "Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert" certification from Oracle in 2016.

Nonna also completed a General English course at the Upper Intermediate level at Streamline language school in July 2013.
