Olena Malysheva has extensive experience as a Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst. Olena has worked in various companies, including EIS Group Ltd, PLS Logistics Services, Arkony, and OOO "DEEL-SOFT".

At EIS Group Ltd, they held the role of Senior Business Analyst starting in November 2017. Olena also worked as a Business Analyst at the same company from February 2015 to January 2017.

Olena Malysheva started their education at Odessa I.I.Mechnikov National University from 1978 to 1983, where they obtained a master's degree in Applied Mathematics. In 2004, they received a certificate from QAI after completing the training program on "Overview To CMMI and CMMI Clinic".

In 2006, Olena attended the Internet University of Computer Science and earned a certificate for the course "Information Systems Project Manager" (72 hours). Olena also completed a course on "UML Notation and Semantics" (72 hours) at the same institution.

In 2009, they attended Agile Ukraine in Kiev and received training on "Basic concepts of Agile and Scrum" by Alexey Krivitsky, a Certified Scrum Trainer.

In terms of postgraduate education, Olena joined Kyiv-Mohyla Business School in 2014 and completed the CEO Development Program by 2015.

Olena also holds additional certifications, such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) obtained from Scrum Alliance in December 2016, and a certification in Business Process Management Fundamental obtained from the Project Management Bureau UPMA (IPMA) in December 2013.
