Rex Price, PMP, CPO, CSM, HIA, CTFL has a diverse range of work experience in program management, business process solutions, information technology delivery, and quality assurance.

Rex is currently serving as the Director of Program Management at EIS Ltd. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, they worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, first as the Manager of Enterprise Business Process Solutions, where they were responsible for delivering software projects using BPM, ODM, and RPA tools. Later, they transitioned to the role of Information Technology Delivery Manager and Manager of Application Solutions, where they led a global team and managed an automation program.

From 2013 to 2019, Rex worked at Unum as the Director of Information Technology, where they established Centers of Excellence teams and led strategic projects in robotic automation and business process management. Prior to that, they served as a Senior PMO Consultant and Quality Assurance Consultant, where they provided guidance, developed processes, and ensured testing deliverables were met. Rex also worked as a Software QA Manager, where they managed a team of testers and developed new QA test documents and processes. Additionally, they served as a Systems Project Leader, leading a large project to ensure compliance with regulations.

Rex has demonstrated expertise in program management, business process solutions, IT delivery, quality assurance, and project leadership throughout their career.

Rex Price, PMP, CPO, CSM, HIA, CTFL holds a Project Management Certification in Business Administration and Management from Boston University, which they obtained in 2005. In addition, they have earned several certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2004. Rex also holds a Healthcare Information Technology Workforce Accelerator Certificate from Belmont University, obtained in December 2020. Apart from these, they possess other certifications, such as Certified Project Manager (CPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL), Health Insurance Associate (HIA), IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL), and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB), although it is unclear when and where they obtained these certifications.
