Sergey Startsev

Sergey Startsev has extensive work experience in various roles in the technology industry. Sergey began their career in 2000 as a Senior Software Developer at Tesis, where they developed and implemented distributed component platforms for business applications. Sergey then moved to Viziqor Solutions, where they worked as a Technical Support and Implementation Engineer, and later as a Senior Software Developer, specializing in the development and implementation of different parts of billing systems.

In 2005, Sergey joined Comverse Technology, Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer, providing tier 4 technical support. Sergey then joined Peter-Service in 2006, where they held multiple roles including Lead Analyst, Project Manager, and Senior Analyst. In these positions, Sergey was responsible for analyzing customer requirements, developing functional and technical specifications, and reorganizing system architecture to simplify future implementations.

Most recently, Sergey is working as a Senior Business Analyst at EIS Ltd, a role they started in 2018.

Sergey Startsev earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Informatics and Control Systems from Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Sergey attended this university from 1992 to 1998. Afterward, they pursued a postgraduate program in Print Processes Automation at Moscow State Polygraphic University from 1999 to 2002.
