Sergiy Synyanskyy

Sergiy Synyanskyy joined EIS from software services provider Return on Intelligence (now Emergn), where he served as CFO. Prior to that, Sergiy was deputy CFO of EastOne Group, where he was responsible for the tax and legal structures and financial controllership over several portfolio businesses in media, technology and commercial banking sectors. He also managed the financial aspects of several large acquisitions on behalf of EastOne clients. Sergiy started his international career at Ernst & Young where he managed audits and advisory engagements for industrial corporations and banks. He holds a master’s degree in banking and a Ph.D. degree in international economy.
