Phil Johnson

Phil Johnson is a seasoned human resources executive currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at EIS since July 2025, overseeing the HR organization for a leading North American distributor in the electrical and industrial markets. Prior to EIS, Phil held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Saxco International from November 2020 to June 2025, where leadership was provided for HR initiatives in the packaging industry. Phil's extensive experience includes a decade at PepsiCo, where roles spanned from Human Resources Director to various HR managerial positions, contributing to multiple locations within the beverage and food sectors. Phil's background also includes work as a Graduate Assistant at the Illinois Leadership Center and an HR Analyst Intern at Emerson Electric Co. Phil holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
