Elaine Archer has over 20 years of work experience in various financial roles. Elaine started their career in 1994 as a Financial Analyst at McDonnell Douglas Information Systems. From 1996 to 1998, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Nacanco Ltd. In 1999, they joined Polaroid and held several positions including European Financial Planning Manager and Financial Controller for various regions. In 2009, they moved to Eisai as a Senior FP&A Manager Europe. Elaine then progressed in Eisai, taking on roles such as Associate Director FP&A EMEA & Russia, Director FP&A EMEA, Director FP&A EMEA\\Regional Finance Director, Deputy CFO, and eventually becoming CFO EMEA in 2017.

Elaine Archer attended ACMA from 1993 to 1996, where they pursued studies in accountancy and finance. No specific degree was obtained during this time.
