Laura Barbetti

Laura Barbetti has extensive work experience in finance and administration. Laura started their career in 1996 as a Taxation Assistant at AstraZeneca, where they provided support in tax compliance and financial reporting. Laura went on to hold various roles at AstraZeneca, including Reporting Manager and Budget & Control Manager, where they managed a team of 12 people and was responsible for financial planning and analysis.

In 2006, Laura joined AstraZeneca's Global Commercial Organization as a Commercial Finance Manager, handling financial M&A and licensing activities. Laura also played a key role in the worldwide implementation of "Hyperion Planning." In 2009, they briefly served as the European Financial Planning & Analysis Manager before becoming the Finance Director of the Italian Marketing Company at AstraZeneca.

In 2013, Laura joined Kinetic Concepts as the Director of Business Planning & Administration for the South EMEA region. Laura then moved on to A.T. Kearney, where they worked as an Associate Director for a couple of months in 2014.

Since 2014, Laura has been associated with Eisai EMEA. Laura initially served as the Finance and Administration Director for Italy and later took on the additional responsibility for France. In 2021, they became the Finance & Administration Director for Italy, UK, and RoI.

Laura Barbetti obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Università degli Studi di Perugia.
