Neil West

Neil West has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Neil started their career as a Sales Representative at Pharmacia UK in 1988. Neil then joined Organon in 1990, where they held various sales representative roles, before becoming a Regional Business Manager and later a Southern Area Sales Manager for the UK. In 2000, they joined Organon Laboratories Ltd as the Director of Sales until 2004. Neil then moved to N.V. Organon in 2005, where they served as an Area Sales Director and Sales Director for South and East Europe. From 2007 to 2008, they were the Director of Sales for South Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at N.V. Organon. In 2008, they joined Eisai Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Manager for European Sales Force Effectiveness. Neil also worked at Eisai Europe as the Head of European Commercial Effectiveness and as the European Commercial Director. In 2013, they became the Head of the Epilepsy Business Unit for EMEA and Russia at Eisai. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President EMEA for the Global Neurology Business Unit at Eisai EMEA, a role they have been in since 2014.

Neil West attended Katharine Lady Berkeley's School from 1978 to 1984. Neil then enrolled at the University of Portsmouth from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
