Yael Efrati Rosenthal has extensive work experience in human resources. Yael is currently the Head of Human Resources at Eisai EMEA, a position they have held since February 2023. From 2017 to 2023, they worked as the HR Manager at West Pharmaceutical Services IL, where they were part of the Israeli management team and responsible for the HR department. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2016, they worked at SodaStream International, Ltd., first as an Operation HR Manager and then as an Employee Service Center Manager. During their time at SodaStream, they managed a team of HR professionals and was responsible for recruitment, employee welfare, and HR processes. Yael also has experience as an HR Business Partner at SodaStream, where they implemented HR processes and provided support and consultation to senior managers. Before joining SodaStream, they worked as a Recruiter at Hi Capital from 2006 to 2008.
Yael Efrati Rosenthal completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Ben Gurion University in 2015-2016. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in Management, Human Resources from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2005-2008.
