Joe Demattei

Joe DeMattei, Pharm.D., MBA, serves as the Director of Field HEOR & RWE at Eisai US, focusing on neurology, Alzheimer's, oncology, and digital therapeutics. Since June 2022, Joe has supported national and regional payer accounts and health systems by presenting clinical data to facilitate the approval of a first-in-class Alzheimer's therapy. Previously, Joe held positions as Associate Director and Director of Field HEOR at Baudax Bio, where significant achievements included a 400% increase in vial sales of ANJESO™ and the implementation of a national adoption strategy for the product. Joe's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Pharmacy at Crossroads Community Hospital, where Joe led the implementation of Illinois's first Zulresso program, transforming it into a leading site nationally. Joe holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and a Pharm.D. from the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis, with ongoing studies for a Master of Public Health at Western Governors University.
