Dr. Michael Schneider is a distinguished patent litigation counsel currently serving as a partner at Eisenführ Speiser since May 2021, with a strong emphasis on high-tech and medical device cases. With extensive experience in the legal field, Dr. Schneider held partner positions at Pinsent Masons from April 2017 to May 2021 and at Gowling WLG UK from April 2008 to March 2017. Prior to these roles, Dr. Schneider was a partner at Meissner Bolte & Partners and served as an administrator at the European Patent Office, as well as a research assistant and PhD candidate at the Max-Planck-Institute for Intellectual Property Law. Dr. Schneider obtained a Ph.D. in Patent Law from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, and holds a State Exam in Law from Universität Passau, alongside various educational qualifications from international institutions.
