Ali Tourkaman has a strong background in healthcare facility management and operations. Ali started their career as the Director of Plant Operations at Daniel Freeman Hospital in 1988. In 1990, they moved to American Medical International and continued in the same role until 1993. In 1993, they joined Eisenhower Medical Center as the Senior Vice President, where they held a wide range of responsibilities including real estate acquisition, development, and management, facilities planning and construction, facilities management, and landscape services.

Ali Tourkaman has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Management from California State University-San Bernardino, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they achieved a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Lamar University between 1978 and 1981.
