Jan Smith

Jan Smith, DNP has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare field. Jan began their career as a registered nurse at Fallbrook Hospital in 1999 and worked there for over a decade. In 2011, they transitioned to Kaiser Permanente as an Assistant Clinical Manager. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Director of the Childbirth Center at St. Joseph Health. Jan then moved on to Northwest Medical Center, where they held the position of Director of Women's Center from 2018 to 2021. Jan's most recent role was as an Interim Leadership Professional at B.E. Smith from 2015 to 2021. Currently, they are the Director of Ambulatory Education at Eisenhower Health, a role they have held since 2022. Jan Smith's extensive experience in various leadership roles showcases their expertise in healthcare management and education.
