Jason Michaud, MBA, has extensive experience in project management, IT operations, and training coordination across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of the Project Management Office and Help Desk in Information Systems at Eisenhower Medical Center since January 2009, Jason oversees IT Help Desk operations, ensuring high-quality customer support and efficient workflows through systems like Jira and Confluence. Previous roles include consulting at Accenture, where Jason managed training needs for major clients like Cisco and AT&T, and held positions in marketing management and meteorological analysis at Weathernews Americas. Jason holds an MBA in E-Commerce from John F. Kennedy University and a B.S. in Meteorology, Mathematics, and Computer Science from Lyndon State College.
