Frank Disanti

Frank DiSanti, CFA, currently serves as a Portfolio Manager at Eisler Capital since May 2023, and has been involved in investment management at Mariner Investment Group, LLC since July 2013, specializing in trading various financial instruments including MBS Basis, Spec Pools, Agency MBS IO/IIO, Agency CMBS, and Treasuries. Previously, Frank held the position of Business Relationship Management Junior Analyst at Fitch Ratings in 2012, where responsibilities included analyzing Collateralized Loan Obligations and presenting findings to senior management. Frank successfully passed all three levels of the CFA exam on the first attempt between 2013 and 2015 and completed an academic program at SUNY Geneseo from 2010 to 2013, following a foundation at Half Hollow Hills East from 2006 to 2009, where honors were achieved.
