Ian Decker

Ian Decker serves as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at EisnerAmper since April 2022, where oversight of the recruitment and talent acquisition strategy on a global scale is a primary responsibility. Previous roles include Head of Talent Acquisition at SageSure and the XFL, where responsibilities involved rebuilding end-to-end talent acquisition functions and managing third-party search firm relationships. Throughout a diverse career, Ian has also contributed as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, managing recruitment processes and corporate strategies for multiple clients. Additional experience spans leadership roles at E*TRADE, Pall Corporation, MetLife, Korn Ferry, and Sodexo, showcasing proficiency in areas such as executive search, recruitment technology, employer branding, and diversity initiatives. Ian Decker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Widener University.
