Tomas Kubilius

Tomas Kubilius has a diverse background in finance and project management, currently serving as the Head of Finance at EIT Digital since November 2020, where responsibilities include operational finance management, risk management, grant assurance, and supporting the PMO in budgeting. Previously, Tomas held the position of Grant Manager at EIT Digital, focusing on grant and partnership management, finance reporting, and audits. At Friends of the Earth Europe, Tomas managed institutional donor relations, budgeting, reporting, fundraising, and project management from April 2019 to October 2020. A wealth of experience is demonstrated through roles at the Human Rights Monitoring Institute, including Finance and Management Counsel and Executive Director, along with project management experience at RESPONSUM and Bankinės konsultacijos, UAB, specializing in strategic and financial planning. Tomas holds a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from KTU School of Economics and Business.
