Tuan Trinh

Tuan Trinh, PhD, is an accomplished leader in digital innovation and entrepreneurship with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as Director Region East at EIT Digital since September 2020, Tuan oversees operations in 14 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Tuan also held positions as Director of the Budapest Node and Interim Director, contributing to EIT Digital's mission to integrate education, research, and business. Additionally, Tuan is the Director of the FINTECH Working Group at IVSZ - IT Association of Hungary and has served as Associate Professor and Founding Director of the FINTECH management program at Corvinus University of Budapest. Tuan is the founding head of the Network Economics Group at Budapest University of Technology and Economics and has held various visiting professorships and research positions at renowned institutions. Tuan earned a PhD in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
