Matilda Åberg-Wennerholm has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matilda began their career as an International Product Manager at Boule Medical AB, where they were responsible for managing product requirements, creating marketing materials, and conducting competitor analysis. Matilda then moved on to Atos Medical, where they served as an International Area Sales Manager, overseeing distributor sales in multiple regions and managing financial planning, forecasting, and marketing activities.
Matilda later joined Philips, taking on roles such as Healthcare Professional Management and Key Opinion Leadership Management, where they focused on stakeholder management, clinical affairs, and professional education within the healthcare and oral healthcare domains. At Philips, they also spearheaded the development and implementation of a new medical marketing strategy for the Health & Wellness business unit.
In addition to their experience in the medical industry, Matilda has lectured at institutions such as the Karolinska Institutet and KTH Royal Institute of Technology, teaching Master's students in the fields of health informatics and medical engineering.

Matilda obtained a summer school certification from the European Institute of Technology (EIT) Digital Alumni in 2018. Additionally, they participated in an executive education scholarship program on "Design thinking - from insight to innovation" at Stanford University in 2019. In 2020, Matilda completed a MOOC titled "Driving business towards the Sustainable Development Goals" at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
