Victoria Goncharova is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engagement management, communication, and project management. Currently serving as an Engagement Manager at EIT Urban Mobility since December 2020, Victoria previously held roles at the European Environment Agency and the Human Practice Foundation, focusing on communication, visibility, and project management. With foundational experience at the European Railway Agency in facilities management and quality assurance, as well as leadership as Executive Director at the Marshall Islands Council of NGOs, Victoria has extensive expertise spanning multiple sectors, including strategy and planning from tenure at Europol. Victoria holds an Executive Education degree in Non-Profit Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, alongside multiple MBA degrees in Strategy, Marketing, and Innovation from The Open University.
