Tina Björkman

Tina Björkman is currently the HR-chef at Eitech SE and has held various management roles in human resources throughout their career. They served as HR Manager at Ålö AB from 2019 to 2023, and prior to that, was the Distriktschef at AVARN Security, where they enhanced employee satisfaction and reduced absenteeism. Tina also worked as a Regionchef and konsultchef at QWORK, earning the title Årets konsultchef in 2010. Earlier in their career, they gained experience in personnel management at OF Bygg KB and held production roles at Volvo Trucks. Tina earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Umeå University.
