Kim Nybble is an experienced HR professional who has worked as an HR-chef at Svedala kommun since June 2020. Prior to this, Kim held the same position at Malmö Stad for over a decade, where they played a crucial role in establishing a new grundskoleförvaltning. With a background in HR coordination at Universitetssjukhuset Skåne, Region Skåne, Kim has demonstrated expertise in providing operational HR support and overseeing HR matters within the organization. Kim has also pursued further education in leadership and HR, including completing programs at Lund University and the International School System Leadership.
