Marquisha Bridgeman is currently an advisor at the Eiteljorg Museum. Marquisha has nearly two decades of experience in marketing, communications, and community outreach.
Bridgeman began their career in the Mayor's Office in Indianapolis, first as a Charter Schools Special Assistant and then as Community & Faith-based Outreach Coordinator. In 2009, they left city government to take on a role as Marketing & Communications Manager at the American Teleservices Association.
Three years later, Bridgeman returned to Indianapolis to serve as Marketing & Communications Director - Goodwill Education Initiatives at Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of marketing and communications for Goodwill's education initiatives.
In 2016, Bridgeman joined The Mind Trust as Senior Director, Community Engagement. In this role, they managed The Mind Trust's community engagement strategy, which included developing partnerships, building relationships with key stakeholders, and executing events and programming.
Bridgeman is a Indianapolis native and graduate of Ball State University.
Marquisha Bridgeman has a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership & Organizational Design from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor's of Science in Business and Human Resources Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
