Anansa Jenkins has worked as an IT professional since 2003. Anansa began their career in the United States Army as an Information Systems Officer, where they acted as a principal advisor to senior leadership and recommended technology improvements. In 2010, they moved to CSC as an IT Project Manager, where they governed master schedules, risk mitigation, action plans, and reporting for a large, complex, offshore IT infrastructure program. In 2013, they moved to Midland's Mobile as an Operations Manager, where they oversaw business operations and initiated strategic business plans that increased annual revenues by up to 25%. In 2015, they joined BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina as an Operational Lead, where they handled line management of Network Operations technical support team and maximized efficiency and productivity. Most recently, in 2021, they joined EITS, Enterprise IT Security as an Enterprise Program Manager, where they guide a pacesetting IT COVID technical team to enhance and support the Vaccination Scheduling System solution for a key client.
Anansa Jenkins, DBA is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration from Columbia International University and is expected to graduate in 2025. Anansa has also obtained a Master in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College, Adelphi, Maryland, a Master of Science in Technology Management/Project Management from the same university, and a Master of Arts in Information Technology Management from Webster University, Fort Jackson, South Carolina. In 2010, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Limestone College, Columbia, South Carolina. Additionally, they hold certifications from the Project Management Institute (Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)\u00ae), (ISC)\u00b2 (Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - Candidate), and Scaled Agile, Inc. (Certified SAFe\u00ae 5 Scrum Master).
