Dylan Dotter

Dylan Dotter joined EIV Capital in 2020 and currently serves as an associate on the finance team. His responsibilities include due diligence on prospective investments, transaction structuring and execution, portfolio company monitoring and general industry research.

Prior to joining EIV Capital, Dylan served as an investment banking analyst in Scotiabank’s Global Energy Group, where he focused on the upstream, midstream and oilfield services sectors of the oil and gas market. During his time at Scotiabank, he worked on several mergers and acquisitions and assisted with debt and equity raises for both privately held and publicly traded organizations.

Dylan earned a B.B.A. in finance with a minor in economics and graduated magna cum laude from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
