Samantha Linton

Samantha Linton joined EIV Capital in 2021 and currently serves as an associate on the finance team. Her responsibilities include due diligence on prospective investments, transaction structuring and execution, portfolio company monitoring and general industry research.

Prior to joining EIV Capital, Samantha served as an investment banking analyst in Bank of America Securities’ Global Energy Group, where she focused on the upstream, midstream and oilfield services sectors of the oil and gas market. During her time at Bank of America, she worked on several mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity raises for both privately held and publicly traded organizations.

Samantha earned a B.B.A. in finance and graduated magna cum laude from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
