Graham Poulton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agricultural research and development, having co-founded Agronomic Digital Innovation in October 2023, where Graham serves as Director. Prior to this role, Graham held various leadership positions at UPL from November 2014 to September 2023, including Global Head of Agricultural R&D Stations Network and Global Head of Agronomic Digital Innovation Team, where Graham successfully developed internal R&D infrastructure, implemented digital agronomy strategies, and produced significant cost savings. Graham also served as Development Manager for the EU/CIS regions at UPL and APC, focusing on product development and regulatory submissions in the agricultural sector. Earlier in their career, Graham worked at Huntingdon Life Sciences, where Graham contributed to regulatory affairs and environmental toxicity evaluations. Educationally, Graham holds a 1st class Honours degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Leicester and a BASIS Foundation Award in Agriculture.
