Jitin K. Singhal, CFA

Jitin K. Singhal, CFA has over 25 years of experience in the finance and technology industry. In 1995, they began their career as an Engineer Officer with Essar Sisco Ship Mgmt, where they performed engineering analysis on board a merchant ship and rebuilt several mechanical systems for better operational efficiencies. In 1997, they joined JJMA as a Sr Engineer and secured multiple DoD contracts and developed complex predictive models for the U.S. Navy, including a cross-platform communication software (Unix to NT) and utilities and applications in C++. In 2000, they joined Freddie Mac as a Senior Technical Analyst, and progressed to Manager and Senior Manager/Director of Single Family Projects. In 2005, they moved to Farmer Mac as an Investment Specialist, Portfolio Manager, and Director of Investments, and eventually to Vice President - Finance & Business. In 2019, they joined EJ Financial Corp. as President & Chief Investment Officer, where they prepare proposals and secures contracts with privately held and publicly traded companies, start-ups / acquisitions, and government agencies to advise on potential financial and technology investment opportunities aligned with business goals and objectives. Jitin K. is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Lending Acres, a position they have held since 2022.

Jitin K. Singhal, CFA obtained their Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from DMET in an unknown year. Jitin K. then earned their MSE in Naval Arch & Marine Engg. from the University of Michigan. Following this, they obtained their MBA in Finance from George Mason University. Additionally, they have obtained a Certificate in Managing Information Technology Projects from The George Washington University, a Chartered Financial Analyst certification from CFA Institute, a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) certification from Microsoft, an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2020, and an Amazon Web Services Machine Learning - Speciality certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2020.
