Amelia McDermot

Amelia McDermot is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in shareholder relations and human resources. Currently serving as Shareholder Relations Senior Manager at GALLO since May 2017, Amelia leads initiatives for shareholder communication and engagement while also managing internal corporate communications within the HR function. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner at GALLO, where collaboration with cross-functional leaders enhanced talent management and organizational planning, and positions at Scholle IPN, HM.CLAUSE, and other organizations that honed skills in employee relations, internal communications, and HR program development. Amelia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from UC San Diego and an MBA in Business Administration from California State University, Stanislaus.
