Austin Wallace is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in material planning and production strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst at E. & J. Gallo Winery, responsibilities include material planning for co-manufacturing and internal bottling facilities focused on luxury wines. Prior experience at Foster Farms includes roles as a Senior Supply Planner, where Austin developed long-term production plans, and as a Buyer, managing sourcing and procurement across various business units. Additional roles in purchasing and sales at Foster Farms and SELECT HARVEST USA, LLC, coupled with internships in human resources and commodities export, establish a strong foundational expertise. Austin holds a degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Organizational Communication from California State University, Stanislaus.

Ernest and Julio Gallo started E&J Gallo Winery in 1933. Julio, who died in 1993, was in charge of making the wine, and Ernest, who died in 2007, was responsible for selling the wine. Gallo wines include Turning Leaf, Twin Valley, Single Vineyard, Red Bicyclette and Ecco Domani. Joseph Gallo, Ernest's son, is chief executive, while a number of other family members work for the company.
