Bernardo Benavides

Bernardo Benavides has over 16 years of experience in operations management, currently serving as the Operations Adv Team Lead at E. & J. Gallo Winery since May 2007. In this role, Bernardo is responsible for team development, quality performance, cost management, and customer service, overseeing a diverse team involved in manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain processes at the Livingston Winery. Prior to this position, Bernardo worked as a Supervisor at Foster Farms from July 2005 to May 2007, ensuring processing line standards related to quality, yield, productivity, and safety, while also conducting monthly safety orientations and managing timecards. Bernardo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Stanislaus, earned in 2005.
