During a long tenure at Constellation Brands, Gary progressed from Senior Application Engineer to Director of Marketing Technology & Digital Solutions, focusing on project delivery and technology implementation that significantly benefited diverse product brands. Gary also founded Kinsey Marketing Services, providing digital media consulting to small businesses, further showcasing a strong entrepreneurial foundation. Educational background includes studies at the Community College of the Air Force.

Ernest and Julio Gallo started E&J Gallo Winery in 1933. Julio, who died in 1993, was in charge of making the wine, and Ernest, who died in 2007, was responsible for selling the wine. Gallo wines include Turning Leaf, Twin Valley, Single Vineyard, Red Bicyclette and Ecco Domani. Joseph Gallo, Ernest's son, is chief executive, while a number of other family members work for the company.
