Jessica Padron

Jessica Padron is a seasoned professional in finance and operations, currently serving as the Director of Operations Finance at GALLO since August 2018. In this role, Jessica provides financial leadership across various crush sites, working closely with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and enhance cost management strategies. Prior experience includes positions as Sr. Finance Manager and Finance Manager at GALLO, where responsibilities included capital planning and operations budgeting. Prior to GALLO, Jessica held multiple roles at Constellation Brands, including Operations Manager for New Product Development, as well as positions at FDP USA and Legacy Marketing Group, demonstrating a strong background in business management and marketing. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
