Kate Napier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and project leadership at GALLO since July 2008. As the Director of Supply Chain Planning, Kate has successfully led M&A integration for 11 brands and spearheaded the S&OP process for key products. Previous roles include Director of Contract Manufacturing, where significant achievements included negotiating contracts to support substantial growth and managing production across multiple partners and countries. Kate also played a pivotal role in the Agile transformation of Gallo Marketing and has a strong background in logistics and customer service, demonstrating a consistent ability to enhance efficiency and collaboration. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
