Tami D. Vincent, SPHR, SCP started their work experience in 1985 as a Human Resources Manager at United Technologies Automotive. In 1992, they joined EJ as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration.

Tami D. Vincent, SPHR, SCP earned a BSBA degree in Management and Industrial Psychology from Central Michigan University, which they attended from 1978 to 1981. Tami D. later pursued an MBA in Business Administration at Lake Superior State University, from 1989 to 1995.
