Lyle Toop

Lyle Toop, CPHR, CEC, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Peace Hills Insurance, a role commenced in September 2024, where key responsibilities include strategic development and execution of organizational plans, employee engagement, and overseeing HR and Payroll functions. With a diverse background in human resources leadership, Lyle has held positions such as Director of Human Resources at the Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Corporation, Senior Human Resources Consultant at Lotus Group, and Vice President, Human Resources at Legal Aid Alberta, where Lyle also served as Interim President & CEO. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Finance from the University of Alberta. Additionally, Lyle has contributed as a part-time Sessional Instructor at MacEwan University from 2017 to December 2024.
