Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Ejadah since February 2018, Kevin is accountable for delivering security services across over 150 contracts in the UAE, managing a workforce of 4,500 security staff and generating an annual revenue of AED200 million. Prior roles include General Manager at Oscar Security Group Pty Ltd, where Kevin expanded an established Australian security firm into the UAE, and General Manager at RASID Security Company, where responsibilities included implementing company policies and operations. Kevin's career also features significant roles at Transguard Group, managing security operations with a personnel team of 3,000, and a background with the Royal Air Force Police, where investigative expertise was honed. Kevin holds an Associate's degree in Management and has received professional training in leadership and security protocols.
