Reynold Deray

Reynold Deray is a seasoned Senior FM/Civil Engineer specializing in project management with extensive experience in construction and facility management. Currently serving at Ejadah since May 2019, Reynold supervises capital expenditure and reinstatement execution, manages site operations, and oversees civil and MEP works for residential, commercial, and retail projects. Prior to this role, Reynold held the position of Senior Executive Engineer at Ejadah Asset Management for nearly eleven years, focusing on civil and MEP works maintenance. Reynold's career began as a Project Engineer at Shah & Sons Contracting, overseeing construction implementation and site inspections, and earlier as a Civil Engineer/Project Engineer at Cacho Construction. Reynold holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Rizal Technological University and has completed several professional certifications, including IOSH Managing Safely and the MEFMA Ta'aseesy Associate Facility Manager program.
