The leadership team at EJARA has a history in various industries, including blockchain and cryptocurrency, mentoring, teaching, lecturing, investing, and software development. They have also been educated at some of the top schools in the world for their respective fields, such as the ENS Yaoundé and Ecole normale superieur de Yaoundé for computer science, the University of South Florida for finance and entrepreneurship, and Universite de Yaounde 1 for artificial intelligence.
