Juan de Andres

Juan de Andres is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as a Socio at EJE&CON Asociación Española de Ejecutiv@s y Consejer@s since January 2023, Juan is dedicated to promoting women's presence in leadership and board positions within large organizations. At DANOSA, where Juan has worked since April 2011 as Director Mercado España Retail & Renovación Sostenible, responsibilities include developing strategic plans for major accounts and driving sales of recycled plastic products. Previously, from 2002 to 2011, Juan held the position of Director Comercial Obra Civil at STEN, successfully establishing a new division for construction products and leading team expansions. Juan holds a degree in Economics and Transportation from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and has enhanced project management skills through training at PMI Project Management Institute.
