María Luisa Domínguez González

María Luisa Domínguez González holds a distinguished career in civil engineering and leadership roles within the transportation sector. Currently serving as Vocal de la Junta de Gobierno at the Colegio de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos and as a Professor ad Honorem at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, María Luisa also engages with various organizations promoting women's presence in high-level positions, such as EJE&CON and Women4Cyber Spain. With extensive experience at ADIF since 2005, including roles such as CEO and Chairwoman, María Luisa has significantly contributed to the Spanish high-speed rail network's planning and development, overseeing substantial budgets and engineering teams. An accomplished educator and mentor, María Luisa has contributed to academia as a professor at Universidad Europea and actively supports women in STEM through initiatives like the LIDERA mentoring program.
