Sergio Lucas Ocaña is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the fields of human resources, technology, and retail. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of LEETERS since July 2023, Sergio has launched innovative solutions for recruiting and selection processes using Ecommerce, Livestream, and Artificial Intelligence. As the Founder and CEO of 2dMoon since March 2016, Sergio focuses on enhancing economic efficiency and innovation for businesses. In addition to these roles, Sergio is actively involved as a member of EJE&CON Asociación Española de Ejecutiv@s y Consejer@s, an advisor for Remarkable and Rate and Grade, and previously held the position of CEO at Fashionalia. Notable prior experience includes serving as Director General of Retail Marketing at Grupo CTC and Director Comercial Internacional for Iberia and Latin America at Adecco Group.
