Sonsoles Martín Naranjo

Sonsoles Martín Naranjo serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Lead at Moebius Consulting since January 2024 and concurrently acts as a People and Culture Advisor at Contexto since June 2021, focusing on cultural transformation and initiatives in talent branding, diversity, inclusion, and sustainability. Additionally, Sonsoles holds a position as a Professor and Director of the Agenda 2030 program at La Salle International Graduate School since January 2020, teaches at The Valley Digital Business School since January 2023, and collaborates with Blipol on HR analytics projects. Active in EJE&CON as both a speaker and associate, Sonsoles advocates for women's representation in leadership. Prior roles include Director of Consulting at Grass Roots Spain, Senior Manager of Training and Development at Matchmind, and HR and Training Manager at Unisys Consulting.
