ejed is a Bakossi (Cameroonian) word that speaks to togetherness,  unified relationships rooted in kinship, community, and shared responsibility. It reflects the truth that we do not thrive alone; we rise through connection and collective strength.
As a producer and certified life coach, I work from this principle. 
I champion Black women and other women in white- and cis-male-dominated environments to develop powerful, authentic communication strategies, navigate complex dynamics without shrinking themselves, and build thriving careers and relationships so they are seen, heard, celebrated, and promoted.
